The house has two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two bathrooms, a living room with a fire place,
a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The house has room for 4 people.
The garden has palms, trees and bushes, there is a private pool with a pergola,
barbecue and pallero, various terraces with garden furniture and a carport.
There are 4 fabulous bays just 10 minutes from the property:
- La Granadella in the southeast
- Ambolo in the south
- La Barraca in the east
- Cala Blanca in the north
Furthermore the Arenal with its sandbeach, its promenade, bars and cafes is just 12 minutes away.
Two supermarkets are very close, one just 2 Km away is open 2 days per week till 9pm, the other
just 3 Km away is big and has a wide selection.
